Massive, rich, huge in sweetly ripe fruit. Packs a wallop of freshly crushed wild blackberries, blueberries, smoked meat, teriaki beef, anise and pepper. Also rich in tannins, and with a dry finish. The high alcohol is in keeping with the wine's power, but may limit aging. Now–2012.
