This unbalanced wine is caught between acidity and wood. It is hard to see how well this will develop. Owner Francis Boutemy, an inventor, created the “Bout'mobile” which glides seated pickers along rows as they cut clusters that are dropped directly into a mobile sorting machine. || This attractive and fruity wine is ready to drink now.
