Held back for almost five years, this GSM (plus a dash of Cinsault) is thoroughly delicious and drinking beautifully. It's toasty and dark, packed with black cherry and cassis fruit, along with strong streaks of wood smoke, graphite, black olive and mineral. Cellar until 2024 at least.
