Dense, dark and brooding, this forward wine isn't shy about it's powerful black-fruit core or ample woody spice. There's a pleasant mentholated lift to the nose and mouth that help to elevate the wine's inherent richness, with ample tannins and medium acidity lending structure to the palate. Flavors of black raspberry, cigar-box spice and charred oak linger long on the finish. Drink now–2022.
