Zesty peppercorns, underripe berries, Kalamata olive, green olive and crushed thyme show on the nose of this bottling. There's almost a touch of effervescence on the sip, where tart berries, lavender, green peppercorns and more Kalamata olive make for a fresh and fruity experience, which isn't much like Syrah.
