This is powerful, typical of Les Preuses. White and yellow fruits are important to the palate, but so are rich, honeyed toast, minerality and an opulent, intense concentration. This is impressive, elegance with power, and worth aging for several years. || The dominant pear and melon notes actually come across as a bit austere despite the wine not being hugely mineral upfront.
