With use of 30% new French oak and the remainder in neutral barrels, this wine offers aromas of brioche, lemon custard and white flowers on the nose. The ample, rounded body is carried by a citrus vein that leads to a buttered-popcorn finish. There's just enough acidity to keep things lively and balanced.
