This Cab is blended with Petit Verdot, Tannat, Syrah and Petite Sirah to produce a dry, interesting wine. It's silky in texture with flavors of cola, sour cherry candy, prune, pomegranate and raspberry. Refreshingly moderate in alcohol, it has remarkable delicacy.
