Crisp stony lightly herbal plum aromas are moderately smoky. This feels flush and pleasant, with a full body and flavors of plum, cassis and tomato sauce. A controlled composed finish benefits from lasting acidity. || This opens with mostly toast and barrel char, but airing allows chocolate and spice aromas into play.
