Pinkish-orange in color, this is made from 84% Pinot Noir and 16% Pinot Meunier and offers a wealth of ripe cherry and strawberry. Dry, it has a taste of sour orange and is fairly simple, without much in the way of a finish. The acidity is quite moderate.
