Very dry, this is a crisp, steely and structured wine, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that still tastes young. A blend made from nine different villages, it is so fresh and fruity with its white and citrus fruits, sliced apples and lemon juice. A zesty character at the back gives it a lively aftertaste.
