Candied blueberry, vanilla bean, dried dill and anise make for a very approachable and layered nose on this bottling from winemaker Tim Kramer, a mentor to many in the region. Ripe black fruit, licorice spice and shaved chocolate show on the sip, where soft tannins and balanced acidity lead into a chalky finish.
