Riserva S. Bernardo has a fabulous nose of dusty mineral interwoven with dried cassis, natural rubber, licorice, anise and country earth. But it's that extraordinary mineral note—think granite, black slate and pencil shaving—that really sets it apart. The wine is firm, well-structured and complex.
