Herbaceous and green, this is a crisp wine, still with fresh, tangy fruit after four years. It is light, bright with lemon and green herb flavors and a tight aftertaste. Drink now. This small Roux estate has been in the family for five generations; now guided by Romain Roux. the winery is solar powered.
