You'll want to age this wine for a while because the tannins and acids are juvenile, and the 85% new oak hasn't been integrated into the fruit. But it's a stunningly good wine whose most notable feature is brilliant blackberry, cherry and currant fruit, with notes of chocolate-covered raisins. Give it until 2009, and it should continue for another 3 or 4 years.
