This ripe, medium-sweet Champagne is balanced and attractively fruity. It offers good contrast between acidity, rich apple and pear flavors, and a modicum of sweetness. It would work well as an apéritif or with some fish dishes. || This off-dry wine with its ripe apple and apricot fruitiness is soft and smooth. From the creamy mousse to the gentle acidity, it is rounded with a touch of spice at the end. Drink now with pâtés or blue cheese.
