A structured proprietary red blend from Temecula Valley. The tannins remain a tad chewy, leathery even, though the wine's got some hints of fig, cherry and cinnamon that keep it interesting. || Strongly aromatic of black pepper, this blend of Syrah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cab Franc is herbal like Cab and slightly sour-sweet on the finish.
