This Chardonnay is barrel fermented, aged on the lees and spends additional time in the barrel, all resulting in a big, honeyed wine. It is tremendously rich, on top of the underlying ripe fruit flavors of mangoes and peaches. Excellent acidity and firm minerality add complexity.
