Woodshop, camphor and oak-driven spice aromas lead the nose of this wine. The oak sensations carry over to the bracing palate, along with raw cherry, licorice and confectionary notes. Astringent tannins and firm acidity provide an assertive framework, leaving little room for fruit richness.
