With its lime and grapefruit acidity laid over ripe yellow fruits shot through with toast, this is a wine that should age many years, mellowing into an open, generous richness. || Rich and rounded, with the toast sinking into the the rich yellow fruit and spice. The wine is gorgeous, opulent, while retaining an intense acidity and an edge of minerality. For medium-term aging.
