Pleasant but then rather persistent oak aromas occupy the nose on this wine, with lemon rinds and lime juice hiding beneath. The palate is also quite reliant on the oak, offering smoked vanilla beans, pear juice and a touch of citrus peel bitterness, but it's really a very plush white wine.
