From a biodynamic producer, this exceptional rosé has surprising depth of flavor. It's a lovely, pale salmon, and scented with rose petals and watermelon. But it kicks in once swallowed, with fresh strawberry fruit that penetrates and persists well into the lingering finish, with backing minerality. Just 11.4% alcohol, and bone dry.
