Very pure in blackberries and black currants, this expresses the classic taste of Cabernet Sauvignon. New oak adds a lovely veneer of smoky, cedary cigar box. It's beautiful to drink now for the soft, velvety texture and appealingly sweet complexity, but should age gradually for many years.
