Merges Ojai's leaner, more elegant style of winemaking with the rich pedigree of this fine vineyard to produce a dry, complex and food-friendly wine. It's zesty in acidity, with intricate flavors of cherries, cola, minerals and dried herbs. Should do interesting things over the next six years. Give it a good decant after opening the bottle.
