One of the promising wineries in the region presents this elegant blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, which shows dill, mint, black peppercorns, beef char and blackberry-blueberry fruit on the nose. The blackberry and plum-led palate picks up tobacco, oregano, dark spice and more charred-beef notes.
