Sonoma-Cutrer's Pinots have been disappointing in the past, but this release is a huge improvement. It's dry, silky in the mouth, and complex in flavors, offering hints of sour-cherry candy, red licorice, prosciutto, cola and sweet, smoky sandalwood. Best enjoyed now for its richness.
