Rounded acidity recalls the freshness of green apple and pear rather than that of citrus. Very clean and streamlined but with pleasant substance and just a little enticing spritz. Simple but very pleasant. || Ripe yellow pears are barely tempered by citrus freshness. The palate has a slight bitter note but lovely ripeness nonetheless.
