This blend of 55% Viognier and 45% Grenache Blanc offers a fairly rich nose of banana cream, marzipan, apple custard and light caramel. The mouthfeel is quite full and ripe, with lemon, mango cream and vanilla-custard flavors held together by a sizzle of acidity. Drink this cold so the riper elements don't overwhelm.
