Alvarinho away from the north of Portugal gives a much creamier style of wine and makes a fine partner with Chardonnay. So this is ripe, full-bodied, with tropical fruit flavors as well as kiwi. It has just the right acidity, well-balanced, worth aging another year. || Round and smooth, this has a weighty, full-bodied structure, with the Alvarinho adding a more crisp character. Pear and melon fruits are balanced by citrusy acidity.
