Seems to be built for aging, with its incipient petrol character waiting to emerge even more in time, and a sharp, citrusy tang to its flavors. Long and tart; try after 2010. || Alkoomi's Shiraz-Viognier features mildly herbal, peppery qualities to go with fresh, red-berried fruit and a touch of coffee.
