Pajé is a beautiful amphitheater of vines in Barbaresco known for finesse and elegance. This older vintage maintains very good integrity of fruit that is enhanced by layers of black licorice, mineral notes, ash, tobacco and cola. But at the heart of it all is a blast of red cherry. It's a vertical, intense and streamlined wine that is ready to drink now.
