A mild stone-fruit aroma comes with rancio and butterscotch hints. It feels dry and fresh, with good body weight and crisp, briney flavors that are accented by notes of salted nut and dried apricot. Mild on the finish, with medium length and drive. || Initial aromas of aged cheese, gym shoes and overall funk are more complicated than easy. This is lacks a center point on the palate, while flavors of briny stone fruits are drawn, buttery and oxidized. A briny apricot note rises up on the finish.
