Named after an ancestor of the present owner who became a saint, this wine is soft, spicy and smoky, although with excessive acidity. The wine is ready to drink. || This is a ripe gentle wine. It has piles of red fruit that are touched with spice and vanilla. Acidity and a stalky character keep it crisp. Young and fruity, it is still ready to drink.
