Inspired by Chinook and Amavi, who also make excellent rosés from Cab Franc, this is quite delicious, round and ripe with mixed cherry and apple fruit flavors. It's on the soft side, very accessible, with beautiful fruit and some delicate spice notes of cinnamon, sandalwood, hints of cotton candy.
