Soft and simple, this Cab's cherry and kirsch flavors have a hot, alcoholic feel. The wine is marred by some vegetal notes. || This Cab, ripe as it is in cherries, black currants and dark chocolate, nonetheless is too soft in structure. It has a melted mouthfeel. The finish suggests caramelized wood. Drink up.
