To harvest this wine, successive passes are made through the vines to get the ripest grapes. The result is a rounded, very rich wine, whose ripe fruits are right up front. There is some caramel and bitter almond, with a smooth final texture. It has weight and a good future over 3–5 years. Screwcap.
