Stagecoach is a highly regarded vineyard, but this Zinfandel doesn't show it at its best. This wine is too high in alcohol, and it has Port-like prune and blackberry flavors. It has hard tannins that surface without sweetness. || A bizarre interpretation of this vineyard, which usually produces magnificent wines. This Zin is soft and melted, lacking supportive structure, and it's as sweet as a raspberry and sugar confection.
