Gets the Port job done with sweet flavors of caramel, blackberry jam, tangerine zest, chocolate, sweetened coffee and licorice flavors, while acidity gives a much-needed crunch. But despite the vintage label, it's not an ager. Made from traditional Port varieties. || Awkward, opening with vegetal aromas that turn cloyingly sweet in the mouth. It's also a very acidic wine.
