This BSH is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. Ripe to the point of showing some scents of raisin and prune, this is most expressive of baking spice highlights, clove and licorice. It turns a bit volatile and the tannins seem to be quickly drying out. Drink up.
