A bit rough and sharp, with earthy-jammy flavors and a peppery finish. It's a lightly structured wine with thin flavors and a bite of acidity, and dry. Calls for simple foods, the heartier the better. A Rhône blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah.
