Ripe, smooth and gold in color, this is a nectar-like wine. It has a honeyed note and a dry edge from botrytis, with an opulent, complex texture. It also has lively acidity that offers the purest expression of Petit Manseng. A great wine to drink at the end of a meal, or with a rich terrine at the start.
