This is a jammy wine with raspberry and currant flavors, accented with pepper, anise and cocoa, with a coating of sweet oak. It's fundamentally dry, and a little simple in structure. Good now with grilled steak and chimichurri sauce. || So oaky, it tastes like a toothpick; this is all caramel, butterscotch and toast. || Enormously rich and ripe, with waves of blackberries, cherries, licorice, chocolate and cedary oak influences.
