This volatile, sharp-toned wine barely makes the cut. Those who are particularly sensitive to scents of nail-polish remover may wish to steer clear. Despite relatively low alcohol and high sugar, it burns a bit in the finish. || Much the same blend as the winery's ‘Red' wine, only here the Sangiovese is replaced with Cabernet Sauvignon.
