This delicate wine, a medley of rose petals, cherries and a streak of cola, is labeled simply Oregon due to TTB regulations, but in fact is a single-vineyard effort from the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. It's pale and pretty, and seems to be on a fast track for aging. Drink now through 2017 and you're in for an elegant and complex Pinot.
