The cave cooperative in Tavel is the largest producer in the appellation, so it's reassuring that so many of its cuvées scored highly in this year's tastings. Cinnamon and clove notes accent vibrant red berries and citrus in this medium- to full-bodied wine that's long, intense and crisp on the finish.
