Mint and crushed mineral aromas mix with floral scents and barrel resin to form a solid bouquet. The palate is a touch racy and sharp, and thus there's tartness to the cherry and raspberry flavors. Not sour or underdone, but definitely tilts to the red-fruit side of things.
