Organic and biodynamic Punset offers Nebbiolo-based wines that are very difficult to assess. Try them too young (as in this case) and the wines often lack clarity and balance. Wait ten years or more and they blossom into something very special indeed. The 2008 Campo Quadro illustrates this point exactly. || This Barbaresco Riserva offers classic rose, leather and truffle aromas. The palate has a core of wild cherry fruit and spice undertones, but it finishes with drying wood tannins.
