Always interesting, Randall Grahm's Malvasia is dependably dry and tart in cool-climate acidity. This vintage is all that and more, with an intensity of flavor ranging from grapefruits to gooseberries. But dryness and acidity really are the hallmarks. Good with raw clams and mussels.
