Styring also makes a wine called Reckless, so you get a sense of where this unusual blend is coming from. Big cherry fruit is adorned with notes of citrus and pine needle, and one senses that the addition of 10% Petit Verdot has stiffened up the finish. If you had to describe it, it's Pinot Noir on steroids, with all that implies.
