Easton's estate Zin is big and lusty in blackberry, currant, licorice and spice flavors that are wrapped into sturdy tannins. It's a little on the superextracted, sweetly jammy side that emphasizes the fruit and pushes the wine's structural elements to the sideline. Could be an ager.
